Sometimes it is simply the act of being still in the midst of a seemingly busy day.
Sometimes it is crying out for a sick loved one.
Sometimes it is groaning without words.
Other times it is lifting up a list of life happenings and seeking assistance from the One above.
PRAYER. May I learn to quite my heartbeat and align myself with the PEACE of the LORD. The SHALOM that HE offers in every storm & every sweet spot. I think that may be what the psalmist is speaking about when he talks about the “meditation of the heart” in Psalm 19.14.
